The Dos Tejanos apartments are located in downtown Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala, in the middle of the picturesque Centro Historico (see map, right).

The building that houses the apartments is the historic Pasaje Enriquez, built in the late 1800's and still one of the city's finest pieces of architecture.

The Central Park is a few minute's walk from your front doorstep, and in the surrounding blocks you'll find the best that Xela has to offer: excellent restaurants, lively bars, a plethora of Spanish schools and many other cultural attractions.

Rental requirements are:
* Rent to be paid in advance
* Rent to be paid in cash (US dollars or quetzales) or travelers' checks only
* A photocopy of all tenants' passports
* A signed credit card voucher as security deposit (to be returned on departure)
* Signed rental agreement
